Christina Volk began teaching group exercise classes and workingout while in college. She obtained a Bachelors of Science degree in Exercise Science from Central Michigan University in December 1999. She worked as a Fitness Consultant, Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Coordintor for a massive corporate fitness center; Dominos Farms in Ann Arbor, MI for 4 years.
